Return & Refund Policy

At Peptide Outlet, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of product quality and safety. Because our products are designed strictly for research use, we enforce a no-returns policy with very limited exceptions as described below.

All Sales Are Final

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
This rule is in place to uphold product integrity, ensure compliance with safety standards, and prevent any compromise of research-grade materials.

Damaged, Defective, or Tampered Packages

If your shipment arrives damaged, defective, or appears to have been tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the damage or issue, including packaging
  • A brief description of the problem

Once your report is received, our team will:

  1. Perform an internal quality and fulfillment review
  2. File a claim with the carrier (if necessary)
  3. Arrange a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and investigation results

Incorrect Items Received

If you receive the wrong product due to a fulfillment mistake on our end, notify us within 48 hours of receipt with your order details.

We will promptly send the correct item at no additional charge.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the claim is verified and/or any carrier investigation is completed.


All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exclusions

We are unable to provide refunds, replacements, or credits in the following circumstances:

  • Notification is made after the 48-hour window
  • Lack of adequate proof (e.g., missing photos or order details)
  • Product misuse, improper storage, or handling after delivery
  • Customer refusal of delivery unrelated to product damage or tampering
