Order Fulfillment And Delivery
Peptide Outlet fulfills and ships all orders via USPS Priority Mail. Orders that are fully paid and confirmed by 12:00 PM PST are generally processed and shipped the same business day, Monday through Saturday. Orders submitted or confirmed after 12:00 PM PST, or on Sundays and federal holidays, are dispatched on the next available business day.
Transit times may vary depending on carrier performance and location. Once an order leaves our facility, Peptide Outlet no longer controls delivery timelines. Customers are responsible for tracking shipments and contacting the carrier directly for delivery inquiries or updates.
In the rare event of a lost shipment, please reach out through our Contact page and we will assist in accordance with carrier policies.

Placing Orders
Orders can be submitted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our secure online store. Once payment is confirmed and the order is approved, it is carefully packaged and shipped through a trusted carrier such as USPS Priority Mail.
As soon as a package has been dispatched, an automated shipping confirmation with tracking details is sent to the email address provided at checkout.
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. Peptide Outlet does not accept returns, provide refunds, or offer exchanges once an order has been placed or shipped.
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect due to a verified fulfillment issue, customers should contact support promptly so the matter can be reviewed.
Payment Methods, Pricing, And Timing
Peptide Outlet currently accepts Venmo, Zelle, and Pay by Bank (Paynote via Plaid) as secure payment methods.
We offer both retail and wholesale pricing, including bulk order discounts. Quantity-based savings are listed directly on product pages. For larger or recurring purchases, customers may contact us for custom pricing or reseller terms.
Most orders are processed and shipped the same day or the next business day, though some may require up to 2 business days depending on order volume and verification. Once the shipment is ready, the customer receives an email confirmation with tracking details.
